  3. The pictures seems aweful, the people were not treated very well. Some people were not treated like human beings. Just like: http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Holocaust/altexphoto.html The prisioner wes sent to high-altitude place and die, that was amazing! How could people die in this way?! In this website I could see and know how bad was Germany, I still cannot understand whay they do these to Jews?

  4. Very terrible! That's only what I can describe, almost Jews were so thin that I wonder how many food they can get everyday and I can't saw any of Jew with smile. The environment of concentration camp was awful too, it was dirty and unclean, all mistreated people live together under such place, how dreadful!
They were treated badly and unfair, I can't accept how can people threat to other people like this? Can we choose what race we want to be? No! But we are all humans! We are all same! Terrible!!

  5. Gas chamber, medical experiments, electrified fence, it's hard to imagine that those miserable things were once existed. How could someone be so curel and heartless? Railways led to deaths. Concentration Camps are huge graves, filled with countless corpses and bones. It's truly a historical tragedy. Sorrowful, terrible, awful are not enough to describe.

  6. It was too terrible! Look at their body, there were no skin on their body, we can even look through their body, how poor!! Last Saturday I watched TV, it was Discovery and it was talking about the World War II, the German made the Jew be their servants and helped them making bombs, but German just gave them a bread but no nutrition in it, it made them very thin. I feel sad for them...

  7. Those pictures were horrible, how could those people be so cruel? In my imagination, the world was a place fill with peace. But after I saw those pictures, it proves that I'm wrong, not only the worlds has its bright side, but it also has its darkside. Almost every Jews were thin and weak, there's even a oven that was for people! After seeing those picture, i felt angry. That's pretty unfair! History was great, we can learn alot from it!

  8. If there is an adjective I can use to describe the Jewish peole, it may be miserable.
When I am looking through all of this images, some sentences come to my heart.
"How could they do that horrible things?"
"Why should they be treated like that?"
"Is that a way to deal with a human?"
When I saw women pulling hopper cars of quarried stones...
When I saw the people which is almost having bones left...
    We are really, really...
    so lucky.

  9. All of the white-black images went through my eyes, it strucked me so much of the power and the soundless words these photographs brought.
There was a group of people that were going to the gas chamber, did they really know they were going on a road to the death?
There were lots of survivors who were incredibly thin that you could hardly image what kind of life it was.
A little girl who shined like an angel under the sunshine, what kind of miserable experience would she suffered? or would she even die without knowing what happened?
Time passed, and people are going forward. When I saw the modern pictures with color----I think we shouldn't forget what happened but we shouldn't live in history. Maybe those Germans were bad, but did they really realize what kind of horrible faith they had and what kind of crazy things they did? Like you and me, they also hoped thier country to be strong and people in there were happy!!! I saw a picture of an unknown German soldier who brought liberty to slaves, they were not totally bad, too.
Perhaps we should use another point of view to see these events.

  10. This pictures were really ......amazing, how many people they had kill?! A picture show that the belonging of the people who were killed could covered all of the big ground! I couldn't imagine how frighten the Jews felt in that time. And the picture of dead people were really horrible! Also, the environment they lived were really awful, and all of the people were thin, they had no reason to be treated that bad just because they were Jews!

  13. I am very thankful because I live in a such peaceful place. I can't image what I will do if one of the killed people in the picture is my family. Is that just because they are Jews, so they needed to be treated in that way? I think there should not be any unfair things in this world!

  14. A ugly part of human history displayed right in front of my eyes. Trucks loaded with deadbodies, incomplete remains inside crematoriums, innocent people walking into gas chambers, never notice they're on a path leading to death. These people didnt deserve such unfairly treatments, They were also human beings, It's hard for me to believe that one person would act so cruely to another person. I also think the Jews weren't the only victims. Some german soldiers didnt meant to do all these bad things, there were just following the unresistable orders they were commanded . They didnt want to execute Jews, they will hate to dump corpses into little hills, and I believe they were also painful during the time period and will recieve great damage deeply in their hearts for the rest of their lifes. And thats the scariest part of a war , It makes people go agaist themselfs in a irrational way. It's ugly but it's what we should learn from and its what we should remind ourselfs to never recommitt the same error ever again.

  16. I saw many terrible picture. They were about the wars and Jews. I saw some Jews looked sad, and I think they might be treated badly. I think Germans should respected the Jews because they were also humans. I wish the Jews can be strong enough to protect themselves. And I also saw lots of buildings and maps about the war, it was really a terrible history. I wish people can live in this world peacefully, so there will not be any wars again!

  17. I am very frightened by those pictures. Especially the electrified fence. It looks simple but actually very dangerous. And the hair, it was so terrible! All the pictures our terrible! I think I was so lucky that I am not Jews.
The picture of the warning for prisoners very scared me. It was so horrible that I couldn't believe that.

  18. Well the pictures shows that many jewish peoples have been treated unfairly, the German people can kill them at any time they want or wish. It isn't the way humans should treat other humans. The Jews didn't even get the freedom to see their own parents before they got killed, so....
I feel sad for the Jews who doesn't get the equal treatment, I feel terrible.......................................................................................................................................Got Periods!!

  19. I saw a lot of dead Jews in the pictures. It seems some of them were all already dehydrated and skiny. I think they were dead because they didn't have enough food and water to live anymore. To my amazement, I can't believe that the Nazis can do this to the people that were not belong to them. that is very inhumanity. I eventually feel that I am very fortunate.

  20. Well....These are a real part of history, and it's hard to belive that the Nazis did this. The Jewish had done nothing wrong. They treated them like animals, for labor and for science experiments. They are treated like lesser beings. Reminds me of a line: "Oh, the humanity!" from the Hindenburg disaster, which, ironicly, is a German disaster. The Nazis are inhuman, and that explains their fall.

  21. I've read about articles about World War Two before, but after I saw these pictures, I was shocked, really shocked. A man in the camp was sitting on the ground with his mouth opened wide, dead. I can't believe that the Nazis could treated the Jews such badly. The children in the camp were skinning. They looked really sad, and hopeless. The people in the camp didn't even know when will thier lives will gone. There had rooms with poisionous gas in it, and high gate around the camp. They even didn't have the chance to run.
I wish there was no wars anymore. Humans shouldn't hurt each other.

  22. The place they live was very dirty. It seemed so dark and scary. There were at least twenty people in one room! I properly couldn't breath in such a crowded room. And the Jewish women at forced labor pulling hopper cars. Why would they do such thing to them. We can't do things like this just because they were different with us. I was shocked by the photo of the wounds left by a medical experiment. That was really hurt! >.<

  23. Everyone wear the same straight clothes, all the corpses like the worthless stuff pile up on the ground, truck and the street. How horrible it was! Many can of poison gas were making people faint. Before their life ended, they were working to thir hatest person in their life, Hitler. How miserable it was!!
While I am looking to this terrible pictures, I thankful to my parents give me the grerat environment and health body. I am very lucky and happy to have all these things.

  24. I was shocked by those pictures! It was so horrible. The environment they lived was dirty and mess. The Jews were force to work, some of them even had been burned with phosphorous so that medicaments could be tested.I was wondering, do they still have their human rights?Lots of dead body were dumped on the ground,it was really sad to see that.

  25. After the view to the photos, I can’t image the environment, the living standard, and the minds and the thoughts which the people there had. Or, it was so obvious the photos that I can’t adapt in the short time. People who were in the camp were abused and threatened with their lives, and the fact was too unsuitable if we use our value and knowledge today to balance it. Because of our “normal” view we think, or it’s really so extreme that it’s impossible not to have the opinions just like me, -- What a Cruel Situation! How come the people there stood these such an unfair and mean actions they were treated! I feel sad and angry also. If I were there, I must have defended their rights, and I would never let these kinds of situations happen.

  26. Although I can't understand the words, but I can still realize something from the pictures. The fences around the camp are so horrible that it even have pointed thing on it, if you bump into the wall, you might die on it. The Jews were treated badly, it is so hard to imagine how the Jews were treated, but this really happened in the past. I wish things like that will never happen again.

  27. After i saw those picture. i think that I am very lucky because I live in Taiwan.
Nowadays, it is not allowed to do that because it will hurt the people and even though their decendants very much. Although I don't know why should they do that but i can realize that the Jews were very painful!!

  28. Going to the website, all I saw were one after one pictures that were too horrible to look at. How could these things happen? I can't believe that there were such awful and cold-blooded people who did such miserable, horrible and unbelievable things. Jews were also people. All of the people are the same. All of the people should be treated in the same way. How could the people treat the Jews so badly and unfairly.
I remember that time when we played a game in class. Teacher treated our group badly and unfairly, and we were a little unhappy and sad because of that. At that time, I thought I could understand the feeling of being treated badly and unfairly, but after I saw the pictures, I realized that compare to how the Jews were treated, what I experienced was almost nothing. Since I was a little unhappy and sad just because of teacher's unfair game, I think I will be very very very very very very angry and sad if I were Jews. Even if I am not Jews, I also feel very angry and sad for them.
